Tropical Shloer Cooler
1 passion fruit
25ml vodka
ice
2 lime wedges
275 ml White Grape Shloer
sprig mint leaves
Halve the passionfruit and scoop the pulp and seeds into a fine sieve. Press down with the back of a spoon to strain the juice into a glass. Discard the seeds. Pour in the vodka and add ice and lime wedges. Top the glass up with some White Grape Shloer. Garnish with mint and serve.
